Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

I made this for new years eve it came out wonderful. I added baby portabella mushrooms they came out wonderful!! I didn't put enough mushroom everyone wanted more next time at at least three boxes and use as a side I also made sauteed onions they enhanced the flavor of the meat great side dish also

Blooming Onion

This was great and everyone had fun eating. You just have to remember to let the onions sit in ice cold water after slicing so they will open up. Tastes yummy!! I made four and didn't have enough everyone wanted more!!

Pumpkin Gingerbread

this recipe is great! It's quick to whip up and while its baking I have time to spend with my kids! It's easy to make and tastes great! My kids gave these loaves to their teachers as Christmas presents and they loved them! I received several calls from the teachers asking for the recipe!
