Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

Amazing! I used the 3 TBSP of brown sugar and blackberries...and they were fluffy and fabulous. Oh and I had to add a bit more milk. Thanks for this recipe!

so moist! I took other reviews into mind and made a couple of changes. I used 4 bananas and 3/4c sugar. I added 1/4 tsp nutmeg and 1/4 tsp cinnamon. I also sprinkled quick oats on top for added flavor and decoration. They are fabulous! I'm eating one right now!

Country Style Fried Potatoes

Garlic Top Sirloin Pot Roast

I have never cooked a Pot Roast, but since it was my husband's birthday I took the plunge! This recipe was easy and turned out wonderfully! I also used beer instead of water and I cooked it in the oven uncovered for two hours (till 155 degrees) on 350.
