Grilled Indian Pork Kabobs with Sweet Onions and Red Bell Peppers
Wonderful marinade, followed the recipe exactly. Don't be afraid of the quantities of the spices- looks like a lot, but they are perfect. The lemon juice did a nice job of tenderizing the meat. I'm going to try it with boneless chicken breast next time.

Strawberry Rhubarb Pie III
Great pie - I went for the crumb topping and the sweetness was perfect using 1 cup sugar in the filling and 1/2 cup mixed with the flour and butter for the topping. I added a touch of cinnamon to the topping. Make sure you use quick cooking tapioca. The quantity of filling is best suited for a deep dish.

Mom's Zucchini Bread
Made the recipe as written and it rated a 4 in my book because it was a little too oily, sweet, and bland. Then made it with 4 cups of zucchini, and instead of 2+ cups of sugar made it with 1 cup white and 1 cup brown, and 1/2 cup applesauce and 1/2 cup oil rather than a cup of oil, and 2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp. nutmeg. I have stopped my search for perfect z-bread recipe.
