Tuna Salad with Cranberries
Awesome! My husband loves this in his lunch. A different take on the traditional tuna-salad sandwich, and definitely worth a try to anyone who is even just slightly curious. You'll like it! I usually add celery for a little but of crunch.

Grilled Fish Tacos with Chipotle-Lime Dressing
I do not like fish at all, but my husband does. I gave this a try, and to my suprise I can now say that I eat tilapia, but only in a taco with chipotle-lime dressing! This is a really fun meal to enjoy outside in the summer with margarita in hand.

Couscous and Cucumber Salad
I made this today for lunch guests and we all loved it! In fact, my guests asked for the recipe. I accidentally left out the basil and used Orzo instead of couscous- turned out great!
