I made this for a party and it was not a hit at all. Something was lacking...it could be that the pomegranate juice did not have a really bold taste.

This was good but certaintly not the best like everyone raves...it is not creamy at all and the curd from the cottage cheese does not melt. So, if you aren't happy with the way cottage cheese looks, don't make it. It was definately drier than more traditional recipes. Taste - good but dry.

This was super easy to put together....and came out prettier than on the picture posted.
