Homemade Mashed Potatoes
Very good! Big hit! I followed the recipe exactly except I added some bacon bits to it. WOW

Sausage Gravy III
I thought it tasted kinda bland. I should have used a seasoned pork sausage maybe that would have added more flavor. It was very simple though.

Pork Chop Dinner for Two
This was a tasty new dinner to try. I didn't have any carrots, and I added some garlic and rosemary to the chops. The flavor was good and my fiance cleaned his plate!
