Marshmallows as far as the eye can see! For this recipe, I always leave out the orange juice, and almost always use one 29oz can of sweet potatoes and add back enough juice to make it not terribly stiff and dry. FYI, one can makes a pie plate's worth, not a 9x13 pan. So delicious - my 4-year-old's favorite dish this year (well, tied with Michelle's Famous Washed Cranberry Sauce)!
