I am a stay at home mommy, my baby is two years old and my sons 13 and 16...I am originally from New Jersey, still trying to settle into friendless Virginia for the last two years now. I do not get out much, maybe because I am friendless, lol. I do like to cook and I especially like to try new things, with guidance though!!!! I would love to make more new and excitng meals for my family. Bakig desserts is one of my definite weaknesses, I would love to venture. I asked my grandmother to teach me, but she eyeballs everything, she tells me to just experiment and it will turn out ok...I have yet to do so!! My husband cooks well, however does not do so very often, I love his spaghetti, its the best. chili. nobody in my house likes to eat chili however! Getting together with my family laughing playing music and frying fish, shrimp and scallops on fridays, oh and fries sometimes! macaroni and cheese, like my aunt used to make, well close to it..It got better with more practice. The consistency is what needed perfection.... a flat cake!
