My name is Angela. I’m 20 years old and have been cooking since I was 16. I started cooking in restaurants when I was 17. Since then I have decided to focus my career on baking. I’m currently going to school for pastry and baking arts. I plan to open my catering/bakery business by 2010. I love baking bread, cakes, and cookies. I still enjoy cooking seafood, Mediterranean dishes, and classic southern cuisine. I’ve recently been interested in Indian cuisine so if anyone has a good recipe or two please let me know. ;) My fathers side of the family is known for throwing what they have in a pot and letting it simmer. My mothers side of the family loves to make cassaroles out of everything! Ive been told by alot of people that i make amazing cookies. The past 2 christmases i have baked gourmet cookies for friends and family and they have gone over very well. Too many to count! Thats how i learn!
