Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

Mock Champagne

The sauce for these ribs is wonderful. I baked in oven to try to remove as much fat before putting in crock pot with sauce. I'm not a big rib eater, but was getting rid of the ribs that came with the purchase of 1/2 a side of beef. There was just too much fat on the ribs for my taste, but that could have been just these ribs. I will definately try again with a better cut of ribs.

Hot Corn Dip

This was better than the cold versions that I found, but I felt like there was something missing in the flavor. Couldn't really come up with any variations to warrant adding.

Party Punch IX

This is an excellent punch. Still haven't found an easy way to crush it up after adding the ginger ale though. We had this punch for a party and those who opted to could add different flavors of vodka. This was extremely good with the Vanilla and Blue Raspberry Vodkas.

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

I have been searching for a recipe that was like a salad I had once at a potluck and had no luck of finding the owner before the dish disappeared. I also substituted cauliflower for half of the broccoli, and only used 1/2 the pepper but otherwise followed the same directions. The only change I would make is to omit the cheddar cheese and maybe add some sunflower seeds next time. My Bunko group ranted and raved about the salad as is...no leftovers.

Campfire Breakfast Sandwich

This was the best breakfast sandwich ever...of course now we want to cook every sandwich in the hobo cooker. We can't wait to try different variations on future camping trips or maybe just in the firepit in the backyard. Oh only one piece of advice...when it says "turn frequently" ...turn it frequently...I burned my first sandwich beyond recognition and had to start all over.

Campfire Foil Packs

These were great! We prepared them at home before we left and threw them in the cooler. It was nice that we could customize what each person wanted in their foil pack. We cooked them on the campfire while we finished setting up camp. They were a great time saver for the first night of camping!

Campfire Skillet Breakfast

This was my idea of camp cooking...much easier than cooking everything by itself. We worried about the amount of bacon grease so we removed about half of it...mistake...we needed it all since we cooked it over the campfire. We will definately be making this again.

Sweet Potato Casserole I

These are the best sweet potatoes ever! We have made this since last Thanksgiving after trying several other recipes. It has become a holiday tradition. Even my husband who doesn't like sweet potatoes enjoys this recipe. Thank you for sharing it.
