Perfect Turkey

Moist Banana Raisin Bread

This turned out wonderful, was a tad bit sticky/chewy when eating but tasted great. I doubled up the recipe and made four mini loaves. Tastes great with just a touch of jam spread on.

This was great, I used granny smith apples and some stouffers stuffing instead of bread crumbs. I also used some dry champagne instead of water. I covered the top with leftover apple, stuffing and cheese and I baked it instead of pan fry. WOW it turned out really good.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

This was AWESOME! I added Broccoli and mushrooms and it turned out so good. My partner wants me to make it with Turkey for the next turkey dinner. Ummm Two Thumbs UP!

Ellen Szaller's Mashed Potato Pancakes

This was fantastic *****! Made it with left over garlic mashed potatoes from turkey dinner for Christmas morning breakfast, it is just the boyfriend and myself so I cut the recipe in half and also had to use margarine rather then shortening because I did not have any on hand. I also used half whipping cream and half milk. ummm so good.

Pumpkin Cheesecake

This recipe is awesome I have brought this the last few christmas's and thanksgiving's for dessert. I usually make my pumkin from scratch which gives it a nicer flavour of pumpkin. ummmmmm cant wait another week till Christmas to eat this delectable treat again.

KELLOGG'S* RICE KRISPIES* Peanut Butter Balls

I did not care for this! I am not sure if I went wrong somewhere maybe because i used skippy peanut butter instead of kraft but it was not good, I just finished it and cant even stand the smell. It tastes like the skins off the peanut and just was a waste of time and ingredients.
