Hong Kong Sweet and Sour Pork
I couldn't find pototo starch so I substituted a mixture of corn starch and all-purpose flour. This is a great recipe.

Uglies
Yum! This is an easy recipe for during the week and my family ate them up! I put about half the bbq sauce in.

Chicken Quesadillas
This recipe is super easy and my family loves it. We made it even faster by grilling chicken breasts on the grill the night before.
