mother of 3, with7 grandchildren, husband deceased. retired R.N, had my own catering and floral business which I had to give up due to illnes. I'm just learning to use the computer & internet. This part is fun. Breads, rolls, cookies, main meals. I really loved to cook when my childdren & grandchildren were with me and when I was catering. Now I'm ill, all alone, no one ever comes I don't co much except for special occasions. I miss "fancy cooking", but there's no one to eat it. So I don't. Eclairs are always in demand for parties. Carrot pudding with Vanilla sauce at Christmas. Fabulous wedding cakes. I've mad hundreds. My childrens were spectacular. My daughters hadd 9 seperate cakes, each a different flavor,that was served as part of the refreshments. I had fun making lovely wedding, birthday, shower, and various cakes. Somehow the top layer of a wedding cake slid off the plate and down on the table. It was a very warm day. I Was able to repair the rest of the cake & most people couldn't tell it was a tier short.
