Hello, My name is Nick.... I've been interested in culinary field for a while especially baking cakes and cookies. When I was sent to study abroad in Russia, I've finally began to test my culinary skill^^. Living in Russia is quite a challenge and I hope I will be able to improve my culinary skill more in the future. Among my fav dishes are noodle chicken soup, chicken soup, fried eggs (lolz) and other ready-made food from store^^ ah....we have a lot of cooking tradition but I will mention 1 of them here and that is the ginger brewed chicken soup which is superb and marvellous! Cooking triumphs.......erk........maybe my first fried rice with paste... it is not very delicious though but, due to hunger, I don't care.. up until now, I've never had any cooking disater yet..
