Slow-Cooked Corn Chowder

I thought it was just OK but my husband loved it. it seemed as thought it needed something, it was a little bland. I took the advice from others and doubled the hashbrowns to 2 cups. I am really glad I did, I honestly could have used more. I used chicken breasts instead of ham. And only used 1/2 of an onion instead of a whole. We arent big onion eaters. I am also glad I did that. I think if I make again I will try a little garlic powder or vary with other ingredients to help flavor it a little more.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

This was DELICIOUS!!! It is not often that my husband commends me on my cooking, but he could not stop saying how great it was. He even took leftovers for lunch the next day, which he NEVER does. I am a huge vinegar lover, and I loved the taste and how easy it was to make. This is defiantly a keeper!

Apple Sausage Breakfast Casserole

This dish was actually pretty good. I took it to work for a breakfast meeting. Everyone had a second helping. I doubled the recipe, and I also used shredded hashbrowns instead of bread. Make sure you cut the apple up fairly small! I cut them really small using a hand chopper, and they turned out great.

Dixie Pork Chops

Great recipe. I give it 5 but my husband gives it 3. So I met in the middle. The apples were not compltely done. That is the only complaint I had. I also only cooked for 45 min and it came out perfect.

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken

I starting making this recipe thinking it was going to be wonderful. Luckily, I tasted the sauce before I finished my chicken. The Lemon Butter sauce was extremely sour tasting. I do not think I will every try this recipe ever again. :(
