I'm a retired mental health administrator and therapist. I raise and show Australian Shepherd dogs....My favorite occupation is enjoying my son and grandkids. I love to cook, interesting flavors, new tastes and spicy foods are my favorites. I love to bake, as well, cookies, breads and pastries are top on my list. I make a danish pastry Christmas Wreath every year. If I don't show up with it, they won't let me in the door. My pastry wreath is always a big hit. When I first learned to cook with garlic, I made a garlicky dish from a cookbook, but did something wrong. I served it to company. No one would eat it and were joking about how bad it was (I agreed, but didn't admit it). After dinner in the kitchen when I scooped some out to give to my dog, she tried to cover it up with the linoleum on the floor. I had to laugh and admit it WAS pretty BAD!!
