Dinah's Stuffed Mushrooms
I think the amount of green bell peppers and onion were a bit much, and perhaps a little more bread crumbs were needed... but other than that, great recipe!

Cornish Hens with Rice Dressing
This was the first time I ever cooked... and my husband said it was the best dinner he's EVER had... fantastic recipe! I used brown rice (added more chicken stock) and the rice came out perfectly (not mushy at all).
