Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Excellent recipe, my toddlers and my husband loved it! Happy to have found this recipe because I was starting to dislike my slow cooker, everything I tried was turning out smelling great, but not tasting that great! I used 2 large frozen chicken breasts which I seasoned with paprika, salt, garlic powder. I chopped up onion and celery and placed it on the bottom, put the chicken on top put 2 cans of creamed chicken soup on top. Put chicken broth over the mixture to cover. Then I cooked on high for 6 hours. I only added one package of biscuits which I just shredded into dime sized pieces.

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

I followed the recipie exactly and it was good, but I think next time I will spice it up a littlle, it was a little bland. I think I will fry onions, peppers and some seasonings.

Land of Nod Cinnamon Buns

OK this will be a new Christmas morning tradition in our house, so easy and DELICIOUS! I followed the recipie pretty much, ecept I rolled the rolls in the cinnamon and the vanilla pudding mix and then dumped the extra on top. Melted 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup butter and poured over the top. Next time I will try with Pecans and I many try cutting the rolls in half..... just to keep me from eating so much! :)

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Yummy, made this on a very cold night. I left out the bacon, just because I did not have any and used milk instead of cream. I used a whole bag of baby spinach. Easy, delicious soup. Cant wait to eat the leftovers today :)

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Very good, makes a lot, I had to freeze 3 extra servings. It tastes like enchilada filling--- as a soup. Next time I will use less sauce, cause I would have liked it to be a little thicker like a chili. I would not eat this without the sour cream and cheese or tortilla chips, it makes it five stars..... but ofcourse, not as healthy!

Pork Roast with Sauerkraut and Kielbasa

Made this for New Years Day, since I live in PA and everyone I know was having Pork and Sauerkraut for dinner today, its supposed to bring good luck. It turned out great, I followed the recipie pretty close, I had two pork loins, so I browned them in olive oil with salt, pepper and thyme. I added a lil bit of brown sugar and some onions to the crock pot. Turned out really good. Will definately make again. I am not a huge sauerkraut fan, but I actually like this. Will make pork Ruebens with the left overs tomorrow.

Classic Chicken Noodle Soup

Made this without the peas.... thought I had them, but there were none in the freezer. Delicious, have so much left over that I will have to freeze it, but its really really good. My toddler kids loved it!

Fast Chicken Soup Base

This is an amazing soup base and it was easy and fast. I will be making this over and over again. Followed the recipie exactly and had lots of base. I now how enough Chicken soup to feed an army, so next time, I may cut it into a 1/3 and use it to make different things.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

I use to make this years ago, got the recipie at a pamered chef party, yum! Was so glad to come across the recipie again. So glad to have the recipie again. I put the sugar mixture in a plastic bag and wet the tortillas a little bit with water, no need to use cooking spray. and then shake them up to save time. All my friends asked for the recipie!

Bacon and Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms

Made this to go along with a light dinner we were having because I had the ingredients. I went to try one, and my husband ate them all!!! But he said they were delicious, obviously. Easy to make. I used baby bella mushrooms, because that is wheat I had on hand and made about 14 of them. They did smell very good and were very easy to make. I will definately make them again, mostly so I can try one!

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

Very good and easy to make cookies. I followed the suggestions of other reviewers and rolled them in a ball and used a chapstick to make the hole for the raspberry preserves. I also used waxed paper and they came out perfect. Will add to my holiday cookie list!
