Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
It was a pretty good recipe. everyone really liked it. But I did make some changes after reading reviews. I doubled the cheesecake part and added more pumpkin. I wanted a thick cheesecake. I forgot to spray the sides of my pan and it pulled the cake and cracked it. I also cut the remaining cake in pieces and froze them separately, they thawed well and tasted great 2 weeks later.
