Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
It was a pretty good recipe. everyone really liked it. But I did make some changes after reading reviews. I doubled the cheesecake part and added more pumpkin. I wanted a thick cheesecake. I forgot to spray the sides of my pan and it pulled the cake and cracked it. I also cut the remaining cake in pieces and froze them separately, they thawed well and tasted great 2 weeks later.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
I made this a strawberry cheesecake instead for my birthday. Everyone loved it and it wasn't hard at all for my first cheesecake. It didn't crack at all. I used a water bath and let it rest in the oven and made sure the sides of the pan were sprayed with pam to not pull. Very enjoyable!

Pecan Pumpkin Biscuits
These were awesome!! I loved them. I had no problems at all. I love biscuits and having them with pumpkin and pecans is brilliant!
