Pumpkin Roll II
i have made this about 6 times during Thanksgiving and it's always a hit. I have used fat free cream cheese and 1/2 splenda and 1/2 sugar on a couple of the rolls and it still gets a thumbs up!

Apple Pecan Corn Bread Dressing
i've been making this dressing recipe for a couple of years. Everyone loves it. No changes, it's perfect.

Roasted Beet Wedges
i'm not sure how to rate this dish, i made it just like the recipe called for - it's not that hard - anyway i smelled something burning and sure enough in about 45 min. they were why well done.
