St. Louis Toasted Ravioli
So easy and simple, but yet so rewarding. I sub meat ravioli as it is my preference and they always come out crunchy and yummy.

Best Egg Rolls
Really basic starter recipe, filling needed tweaking to be flavorful. I added more garlic, some hosin and soy sauce and it was better. Reduced the amount of pork, it overpowered the veggies and no need to pre-cook.

Salsa II
Great recipe, so easy to make adjustsments for personal tastes. Try substituting bell peppers for a sweet variation.
