Simple, but they certainly take a long time... They don't sell almond bark where I live so I just melted white chocolate and dipped them in that, drizzling melted semi-sweet chocolate over them to make them pretty. Oh, also, I thought they looked nice when they were only half-dipped, so I left them like that, but I wouldn't recommend doing that, since the balls -- even after you freeze them -- can easily revert back to the gooey substance they were before being dipped. Speaking of which, I followed everyone else's advice and refrigerated the dough before rolling them into balls (for 20 minutes) and then froze the balls for an hour before dipping. After dipping, I froze them for another 20 minutes because the warm white chocolate had supposedly caused them to go soft, and only after that did I put the finishing touches on them. They taste pretty good, but I didn't love them... Odd, since I used to really love Oreos (those are the sandwich cookies I used). Not bad, I guess. I'll see how everyone at school likes them on Monday.
