About this Cook
Now a first-year undergraduate student who will suffer at every mealtime knowing that I no longer have the option of cooking or baking whenever I please, as there is no kitchen in the dorm. :( So "about me"... I'm a chef who's kitchen-less for an entire year!
My favorite things to cook
Anything. I love being in the kitchen, and I don't really care what I'm cooking as long as I have someone to cook for who'll like whatever it is. I like making Japanese dishes the most, though, since they're healthy and I've never failed in making one whenever I tried!
My cooking triumphs
Eggs benedict and okonomiyaki. Also, everything that I have baked so far has really hit it off with both teachers and students at school. So I'm guessing that I have a hand for baking?
My cooking tragedies
Caaakes.

Hiyashi Chuka Noodles
Very good dish. Very refreshing to eat on a hot summer night, I find. Would be rather tasteless without the sauce, though I love how tasty it can be while being very healthy. Made the recipe as is, while adding some other different toppings and taking away other ones... Used julienned chicken breast rather than ham, and added some wakame seaweed as a topping. Yum yum. :)

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
These must be the most delicious sugar cookies I have ever tasted in my whole life. They're amazing! Though I did take the advice of another reviewer and add a little extra vanilla.

Soft Chocolate Cookies
Followed the recipe exactly... Some people told me they were too sugary. I found them very mediocre. If I were to make them again, I would add some type of chocolate chip to make it tastier... I can only give this a three. I really didn't think very highly of these.
