Turned out excellent, but I did make a couple of adjustments. I baked the crust @350 for 20 minutes - (barely brown around the edges) and halved the recipe for an 8x8" glass dish. I kept the 1/4 C lemon juice the same though. I tried the adjustments where the flour and lemon juice and sugar were all increased and I didn't like the way that turned out @ all!
