I moved to Israel from Scotland a year and a half ago, after meeting my husband. We married in September 2008 and are both studying at university. We live in a student flat on my husband's campus and we don't have an oven. So, I love trying to find creative recipies that can be cooked on the hob. I also love making breakfast foods. My first attempt at Dulce de leche hardened so much that you couldn't even get a spoon in it- harder than toffee!
