Greek Chicken Burgers with Feta
Fabulous! I made the recipe as called for (although I used dried spices, not fresh), and it turned out amazing. Love the feta cheese center! I put roasted red pepper hummus on the buns and served with lettuce. Delicious. I'll definitely be making this again.

Pumpkin Bread IV
Fabulous! I used a 50/50 ratio of applesauce to oil and only half of the sugar called for. I baked at 350 for 1 hr and 20 min, and it came out perfect. This bread is so moist and so easy to make. Will definitely make again!

Asparagus Medallions
Very good! I used Cream of Celery since I didn't have Cream of Asparagus. I served over white rice with a side of asparagus. Will definitely make again.
