Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
I gave this recipe 5 stars with my changes. Instead of butter I used butter flavored crisco sticks. I substitued 1 cup brown sugar, for 1 cup white sugar. Also added 2 tsp cinnamon and a tbsp of vanilla and I used 1/2 cup chopped pecans instead of the walnuts.

Cream Cheese Penguins
I loved making these even though its a little time consuming, but it was fun and everyone loved them! I read others advise and used the ranch mix, and i think it made a big difference, thats why i can only give it 4 stars because the original recipe doesnt call for the dry ranch mix.

Best Carrot Cake Ever
I dont know what happened but this just didnt turn out for me, I never really have a problem with cooking or baking so... but it just came out very moist.
