Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken
We didn't love this. It was good, but took longer than 20 mins to broil. I'm also not a big fan of the thighs. We prefer chicken breasts. Probably won't make this one again. Sorry.

Flourless Chocolate Cake II
I must have done something wrong. This ended up tasting great, but looking awful. More like brownes then a cake. Oh well, worth a try though!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
Made these for our Christmas Eve party and they were gone in as much as 5 minutes! I used margarine because I ran out of butter so they were a little too soft, but still delicious!
