Florentine Artichoke Dip
Delicious! We only use 1 packet of creams cheese and it's plenty.

Chicken and Bow Tie Pasta
Although I changed a few things this meal was delicious. I used the 1/3 less fat chive & onion cream cheese. I used veggie broth instead of chicken because I am a vegetarian. I suated the garlic in OO first then added less broth for a more creamer out come. In another pan I sauted up some chicken for my fiancé who eats chicken. I then added that to his bowl and tossed in the pasta mixture. Yummy! Will make again.

Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing
Amazingly YUMMY!!!!! We did not have a chance to let it set for 24 hours. We gave it only 30 mins till we "dived" in for some yumminess. We added more pepper and a little more garlic too.
