I recently applied to culinary school, and due to unforeseen financial obligations was unable to attend. However I love cooking, and this is a great opportunity for me to continue learning and growing in the kitchen! I am still playing around with different seasonings, and figuring out what my style is, I love trying new and challenging things! On the lines of traditions, I am not sure that I have established any quite yet! I just moved to a new home, and finally have the kitchen space I’ve needed! I would have to say the only tradition that I have at this time, is Weeknight dinners. I try to make sure that we have at least 4 homemade meals a week! And they are always have to be something new and different!! Nothing to brag about just yet! ....but hopefully soon! I think that I have been pretty lucky so far! At least, I have not blown anything up yet! Of course that could mean that I am just not challenging myself enough! : )
