Blueberry Cream Muffins
Great recipe with bakery store results. The best looking muffins I've ever made. I took some of the advise of other reviewers and used 1/2 white and 1/2 brown sugar. I did not add extra sugar, and I definitely should have. I followed the recipe exactly (except for sugars) and found them to be a bit bland/ although the texture is perfect. I like a sweeter muffin. Will definitely make these again and add another 1/2 cup of sugar. This recipe made 6 jumbo muffins and a 8"x4" loaf. Golden brown on the outside - just beautiful!

Banana Crumb Muffins
Yummy and moist... goes great with hot cup of coffee. I made a couple of minor adjustments: used half white sugar and half brown sugar; used vegetable oil instead of butter, added 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon to batter. Used jumbo muffin tin and got 6 huge muffins. Will definitely make these again.

Simple Scones
These are the first scones I've ever made and I'll never need another recipe! I used my mini food processer to grate the butter, then added it to the dry mix. I added 1/2 tsp of cinnamon to the mix and 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. Mixed everything as directed and sprinkled the top with cinnamon and sugar mixture before baking. WOW! This is a true winner. Easy and delicious. I'll be trying other variations soon. Thanks for sharing such a great recipe!
