So good! I used 1 Cup whole wheat flour and 1 1/4 Cups white flour. I also just used 1/2 cup butter but added 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce. The cookies turned out delicious and very moist! I made the cookies a little smaller and I didn't flatten them at all because they spread out on their own.

Quinoa and Black Beans

Blueberry Streusel Muffins

These muffins are perfect and cakey with just the right amount of sweetness! I used frozen (unthawed) blueberries and didn't add the topping.

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

These cookies are very good! Instead of brandy I used 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract.(The hint of almond extract really made the cookies taste good.) If you use unsalted butter be sure to add a pinch of salt.

Mimi's Giant Whole-Wheat Banana-Strawberry Muffins

These muffins seemed a little lacking in flavor. I used unsweetened applesauce and unsweetened strawberries...maybe I just needed to add more sugar. If the strawberries are not cut up small enough they make the muffins soggy.
