These were great! Chewy and just plain delicious. The package of pudding makes them nice and moist.

These cookies were a pleasant surprise! Light and delicious with any kind of fruit preserve, jam or jelly. I used both Strawberry and black current preserves. My fiance who hates cookies with any kind of fruit jam loved them. I can't wait to give them as gifts :)
