Pork Medallions with Sauteed Apples

Maybe my apples weren't sweet, but it just didn't have a good contrast to the garlic and thyme that I thought it would. I'll try it one more time later on down the line and see about it then.

Pizza Dough III

Really good dough, however needs to be a tad bit sweeter than the recipe calls for. The good news is my finicky 7 year old even ate the crust tonight, so definitely kid approved!

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Very good recipe. Reminds me alot of Bourbon Chicken...the kind from the Big Easy! Took a few onions out, and didnt have any thyme, but other than that, the recipe worked out great.
