The Best Barbequed Chicken Ever
This didn't do much to enhance the chicken. Not as great as I thought it might have been considering the preparation time necessary to make it happen.

Salmon Tango

Big John's BBQ Ribs and Dry Spice Rub
You know, this was good. It was fun making my own grilling sauce for a change. The meat came out really good but not a tangy as I would have thought.
