Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

Avocado Feta Salsa
This is delicious and a hit with my family. I've made it twice in a week so far! I used three avocados, three plum tomatoes, 2 tablespoons cilantro for the spice, left out the olive oil, and squeezed half a fresh lime over all. I also added 2 finely chopped seeded jalapeno peppers and used light feta cheese. I serve this with "Scoop" tortilla chips and it's irresistable. Thanks for the great recipe! It's more like guacamole the way I make it but terrific!!
