these are great. turned out a bit hard, but were worth the effort - the taste was great. I think next time I'll follow other users' suggestions of taking the mix off the heat getting it situated right away. hard or not, the taste was great! easy too.

Dinah's Stuffed Mushrooms

these are fabulous. made them for a holiday party that was canceled, but was perfectly happy to sit at home and eat them with friends - 2 of whom 'don't do mushrooms' and another who 'doesn't do fish' - all 3 ate these and raved about them.

Simple Southwestern Chicken Salad

this was a great, alternative to the classic chicken salad... I modified the recipe to fit what I had laying around the house but it still turned out great. put it on a flour tortilla with lettuce, shredded cheese, and some mild taco sauce (my boyfriend prefers hot sauce so that's what he used)... we loved it!
