I am a mother of seven wonderful children ranging in age from 7 months to 16 years old. I love to cook big meals and entertain family and friends. My house is always the one everyone comes to for the holidays and any cooking get together. MY favorite thing to cook is my new found love of trying new Mexican meals. I have been married to my husband Mario for 5 years. He has introduces me to new kinds of Mexican food all the time. So of course I think I have to learn to make them myself. LOL We (my children and I) love to bake cakes and make pies. We rotate who gets to help in the kitchen (since my kitchen is not big enough to hold everyone at the same time). My two seven year old daughters love to decorate cakes. The more sprinkles the better. My greatest cooking triumph is learning how to make good Tamales. It took some time but I finally got it all figured out. Trying to cook something new on the same night as a dinner party and having to order pizza instead.
