Baked Potato Soup
This soup had a nice taste, but the texture was too thin for my taste.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
I received lots of compliments on these cookies. I even enjoyed them, and I'm not typically a ginger cookie type of person. They do not have an overpowering flavor, and they're soft without being gooey - yum!

Easy Mexican Hot Chocolate
The flavor was wonderful, but much too thick for my taste. Even my husband, who at first balked at the addition of chili powder, enjoyed it.
