Sweet and Sour Spareribs
I thought these were excellent. I roasted them, covered with foil, for at least 2 hours before putting the sauce on. The second time I substituted the ketchup for 1/2 Thai chili sauce and 1/2 BBQ sauce and they were also excellent. Making these was much easier than running outside to tend them on the BBQ!
