My cooking tragedies
BAKING IN MY GAS STOVE...OH GOSH! THAT STOVE RUINED THE EXPERIENCE FOR ME TO THE POINT THAT I STOP DOING IT. IT DID NO KEEP THE HEAT IN AND IT WAS NOT PRECISE... RECENTLY WE GOT A NEW HOUSE AND I GOT A DUAL FUEL STOVE...I AM DOING BETTER WITH MY BAKING.

Fried Chicken Chunks (Chicharrones De Pollo) Dominican
I loved this. This is really authentic. I am Dominican, so I know. I did this for my american in laws and they loved it. My husband likes it too and helps me cook it at home.
