Peachy Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce

This was so good!!!!! I will be making this very often. I added 3/4 cup chopped pecans. I didn't have rum on hand so I used Jack Daniels whiskey instead. This was awesome!!!!!

Baked Maryland Lump Crab Cakes

I loved it. And yes, this tastes like an authentic "Maryland" crab cake (no onions or peppers, just lump crab meat). I only wish it were a little more moist.

AWESOME!!!!!!! I had a similar recipe before but lost it. This is even better!!! I baked it over 1.5 hrs at 325. This cake is wonderful. I put strawberries and whipped cream over it and my family was in heaven!!!!

Texas Spoon Bread

This was my first time making spoon bread and it was good. I added a little extra sugar. My husband was reminiscing about his grandmother's spoon bread and was wishing to have some. I surprised him with this recipe and he loved it.

Curry Pumpkin Soup

This was super easy to make and was wonderful!!!! I added a dash of cinnamon and a little extra sugar. It had a hint of sweetness that complimented the spice of the curry. This will become one of my favorites!!!!
