very good; the lemon gives it a lot of zip, have tums on hand for the after burn. i added chopped ham left over from Thanksgiving, and it was great.

add a dash of lemon to keep the avocado from turning brown. If you add cilantro this becomes almost a pico de gallo. great!!

this is really good, i think it would have been better shredded instead of sliced. all the onions and peppers get left behind because the slide off the carrot rounds. make a day ahead. awesome!
