Delicious Black Bean Burritos
I loved this recipe! I am a huge fan of black bean quesadillas and this was a new twist. I used 1/3 less fat cream cheese and they turned out great.

Snow Flake Cocoa
This is the best! Sinfully delicious! I took it to a Christmas party along with whipped cream and crushed candy canes. The kids and adults kept coming back for more.

Chicken Stir-Fry
This is a great all-around stir-fry recipe. I followed previous advice and added more soy sauce (lite), ginger and garlic powder in the final stages of simmering. My family loved it!
