Veronica's Apple Pancakes
From my 6yo daughter. "They are super, duper, duper good." I agree! Mine came out fluffy - not flat - which is fine by me! I doubled the recipe and added 1tsp cinnamon. The BEST apple pancakes I've ever made - for sure!

Simple Lemon Herb Chicken
Loved it! Easy, simple and light! I used the pan drippings to make a yummy lemony gravy. Served with mashed potatoes. I'll be making this one again - for sure!

Slow Cooker Apple Crisp
SUPER easy and SUPER yummy! I added 1 cup of oats to the crumb mixture before mixing it all together. Serve with vanilla ice cream and be prepared to make serious YUMMY NOISES!!!!
