Classic Peanut Butter Cookies
I made this for an end of year party for high schoolers--- I received so many compliments! My friend that loves peanut butter also loved them- I also added 1/2c more of flour and 1/2c more of peanut butter, these were just perfect, not too thin either.

Pistachio Crusted Chicken
the best!! I chopped the pistachios in my food processor, finer than the ones i the picture. I also added dried herbs, garlic salt and cayenne to the bread crumb mixture. Instead of honey I used agave nectar. Baked for exactly 20 minutes and the chicken was juicy! But I left in the oven with the oven turned off and it dried a bit up. I'm sure I'll do this over and over!

Cranberry Corn Bread
This was a very quick and very successful recipe! I shared it on a cold late November garden workday, and it was a hit with my fellow community garden members. I had been looking for a simple and hearty corn recipe. I substitutted 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour, it was great, the cranberries give it the kick towards something unique. Definitely a keeper! I want to try it next with bluberries, it's sure a healthy snack option. thanks!
