Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
This was delicious, but I changed it a fair amount using what I had on hand. I substituted Laughing Cow lite cheese wedges for the cream cheese. I would have added crabmeat if I'd had it, and I used a mixture of shredded parmesan & shredded colby jack (1/4 C ea) to 1/2 C breadcrumbs. I also added 1 raw egg to the mixture for moisture & binding. This mixture stuffed 20 large mushrooms and they were wonderful!

Sugar Cookie Icing
This recipe was really tasty and hit the spot for what I was looking for. In an attempt to make it *slightly* healthier, I used 3 C of all purpose flour mixed w/ 2 C whole wheat flour. The mix was a little sticky, but baked up beautifully and were a hit w/ everyone!
