Asian Shrimp Rice Bowl

Excellent! Easy to double or adjust to individual preferences. I couldn't get it out of the wok and to the table quick enough.

Excellent! Try different types of vinegars, like cider vinegar for a fuller taste.

Mocha Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

I used 1 T Kahlua to dissolve the instant coffee in and added 1/2 C pecans. My muffin-picky husband just scarfed 4 of these rich yumster muffies!!
