this was my first time making stuffed peppers amd it was scrumptios! I made a couple changes I don't like onions very much so I used red onion and sataed them first with butter, garlic, pepper, and salt. I also cooked the meat before hand then added it to my onions. I made more then the recipe called for so I made some stuffed pepper soup with the left overs! I will make these again:)
