Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

I made this and it came out a soupy mess. I am a pretty good cook and couldn't figure out what I did wrong.

Incredible Chicken

This is incredible chicken, I have made it for my family many times and made for a friend in mourning. Their family loved it too. I sometimes drizzle a bit of syrup on it if I am low on brown sugar and it comes out really good.

Quinoa Tabbouleh

I liked this very much. Very good. It was a big hit with my husband, he wanted it in his lunch everyday. He said it was a refreshing change from a sandwich. Quinoa is hard to get here and really expensive. I would make it more often if it was easier to get.
